The Lewis Partnership has announced the reopening of the kitchen at The Red Lion in Bradley from Wednesday 10th November 2021 with a brand new team of chefs.
The Michelin Guide listed gastro pub in Staffordshire unexpectedly had to close its food operation last month due to a lack of chefs but is now back to full strength and looking forward to reopening its restaurant with a new and exciting menu.
Emily Lewis, Director said, “We’re thrilled to be reopening our kitchen, after what has felt like a very long month!
“The team we’ve got on board have extensive experience in the industry and we’re looking forward to working with them to take The Red Lion to the next level.”
Kris Redshaw (Head Chef) and Jack Newport (Sous Chef), head up the team. With a wealth of experience between them and a passion for fresh, local and sustainable food, the pair have ambitions to build on the pub’s already excellent reputation.
Starters range from £6 to £8, main dishes start from £13 and go up to £24 and desserts range from £6 and go up to £12 for a cheeseboard.
