Covering the three counties of Staffordshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire, the National Forest spans 200 square miles linking the ancient forests of Needwood and Charnwood. From Saturday 18th to Thursday 30th May 2024 there are more than 90 walks, most of which are free, as the National Forest Walking Festival returns for the 15th year, this Spring.
